Listen to peaceful music or read good books to keep your mind calm. Have faith in your body, God has designed us to be strong enough for this beautiful journey.
Take your medicines on time and build a strong support system around you. It gets hard physically and mentally, but staying calm and cautious really helps.
I felt so overwhelmed and wept over silly things in my first trimester. Just be very gentle with yourself, cry if you want to, and let your partner pamper you.
