I just completed 12 weeks and still feel unsure about food, rest, walking and all basics. First pregnancy hai so even small things make me ask someone. What care did you focus on around 3 months?
At 3 months keep taking your folic acid and any supplements the doctor gave, eat balanced home food, stay hydrated and rest well. Avoid heavy lifting and too much stress. And keep up your scans and checkups, this is an important stage.
Third month nausea was still strong for me. I ate small frequent meals, kept dry snacks by my bed and rested whenever I could. Don't force big meals if you feel sick, just keep something light going and take your supplements.
These early months can feel delicate, so be gentle with yourself. Eat nourishing food, rest, and keep your mind calm and positive. Follow your doctor for the medical side. Wishing you a smooth and happy pregnancy.
At 3 months I felt a mix of excited and tired all the time. I focused on eating small healthy meals, sleeping enough and not overexerting. I also started talking to my baby in my head, felt so special. Take it slow, you're doing great.
The basics matter most now, folic acid, good nutrition, hydration and rest. Avoid self medicating for anything. This is the trimester where scans like the dating and NT scan happen, so follow your gynac's schedule closely and ask them anything you're unsure about.
My amma made sure I ate fresh home cooked food and rested in the afternoons during these months. Lots of warmth and care. But I also kept all my doctor visits, family advice plus doctor guidance together worked well for me. Take care ma.
