How to take care of body when planning to conceive?
We are planning to start trying in couple of months and i want to prepare my body properly beforehand. Diet, exercise, habits, whatever. What things did you focus on before conceiving?
I focused on getting active before conceiving, daily walks and some gentle yoga my doc approved. Being a bit fit beforehand really helped my pregnancy feel easier. Nothing extreme, just consistent.
Take care of your mind too beta, not just the body. Eat warm home food, rest enough and stay relaxed. A peaceful start makes the whole journey smoother.
Start folic acid even before conceiving, that is the big one most people miss. Eat balanced, sleep well, cut smoking and alcohol fully and keep stress low. A pre pregnancy checkup with your gynac is a great first step.
