Just found out im pregnant, maybe 5 weeks. This is my first and i keep hearing the early months are the most delicate. Pls share what precautions u all took, im a bit nervous.
Take rest dear, eat home cooked light food, stay hydrated and start your folic acid as the doctor says. Family will suggest many things but for anything serious like bleeding or strong pain, call your gynac at once.
I overthought everything in my first 3 months, so let me say it simply, eat well, rest, take folic acid, avoid risky food and dont google scary stuff at 2am haha. For real concerns, ask your gynac instead of the internet.
Be gentle with yourself in these weeks. Good sleep, simple nourishing food, your prescribed vitamins, and less stress. Avoid heavy travel if you can. And keep your doctors number handy for anything that worries you.
First trimester rest is key, dont lift heavy, take your folic acid as doctor prescribed, eat small frequent meals if nausea bothers you. Avoid raw and outside risky food. Book your first scan and just take it slow.
I used an app to track week by week and it really helped. Main things: prenatal vitamins, hydration, gentle movement, avoid alcohol smoke and risky foods, and dont miss your booking appointment. Note any worrying symptom and message your doctor.
Beta in early months take lots of rest, avoid heavy lifting and jhatka. Light home food, thoda dry fruit if doctor allows. For nausea ginger water helps. But any bleeding ya tez dard, doctor ke paas turant jao.
Honestly the first 3 months I just managed energy. Keep dry snacks at work for nausea, sleep early, dont skip the folic acid, and dont overexert. Pace yourself, the tiredness is real but it passes.
