This is my first pregnancy and im only 6 weeks, feeling excited but also a little clueless honestly. Everyone says the first three months are the most delicate so i want to be extra careful. Pls share what all u did to take care in the starting.
Start your folic acid, eat small frequent meals, rest plenty and book your first scan and bloods. Avoid heavy lifting, alcohol, smoking and any medicine without asking your gynac. The first trimester is tiring, so dont push yourself too hard.
Honestly the first trimester was all about managing nausea for me. Keep dry biscuits by the bed, sip water often and eat little bits through the day. Rest without guilt, your body is doing so much even if you cant see it yet.
I was so anxious through my first trimester, scared of every twinge. Sticking to my folic acid, clean food and good rest helped me feel in control. Did others also feel constantly worried in those early weeks? It does get easier.
Take it gently, this phase is about rest and nourishment more than anything. Eat fresh food, take your vitamins, stay hydrated and avoid stress. Keep your checkups and trust that your body knows what to do.
