This is my first pregnancy and honestly I feel lost about what all to do daily. Food, rest, walking, tests, everything feels new na. What basic care did you follow in the starting months?
In my first pregnancy I felt so lost too, like everyone gives advice. What helped me was just listening to my body and resting when tired. Dont overthink na, you'll figure it slowly.
One thing nobody tells, plan your tests and scans early so cost spreads out. Govt hospitals do good checkups too if private feels heavy. Just dont miss the scans, those are important.
Take it one day at a time beta. Good food, enough water, decent sleep and regular checkups. Dont stress yourself with too many videos and articles, it just confuses.
If your gynac says ok, a little walking daily really helps with digestion and mood. I do 20 min slow walk, nothing heavy. But pls ask doctor first before any exercise.
Keep it simple yaar. Eat home food, take your folic acid and iron jaise gynac told, sleep proper and dont skip your monthly checkups. Thats honestly 90% of it.
My amma kept telling me eat well and stay happy, and honestly mental peace matters a lot. But take all your tests on time and whatever doc gives, dont skip. Both go together.
