Just found out im 5 weeks along, first pregnancy and im honestly a bit nervous about doing everything right. Want to know the basic dos and donts for these early weeks. Pls share what u all did.

In my early weeks I felt tired and emotional a lot. What helped me was resting more, eating small meals and not pushing myself. Be kind to your body, it is doing so much.
Take your folic acid daily, eat home cooked food and drink plenty of water. Avoid heavy lifting and get your first checkup done on time. And dont take any medicine without asking the doctor.
Simple home food, light walks and good sleep worked for me. For nausea ginger and lemon water helped. But for anything serious like bleeding or strong cramps, go to the gynac right away.
I stayed with my mom in the early months and honestly that care made such a difference. Let people around you help with chores. Rest, eat well and dont stress over small things.
