Just found out im pregnant, first one and honestly i feel a bit lost. I want to do everything right from start, food, rest, water all of it. What small daily things did u all follow that actually helped? pls share.
Looking back, I wish I had been kinder to myself during pregnancy. Rest when tired, ask for help, dont try to do everything. Your wellbeing is the most important thing right now.
Eat balanced, take your prenatal vitamins, sleep well and go for all your checkups, that is the basic mantra. Light walks if doctor allows and dont skip meals. Most importantly stay relaxed yaar, stress is not good.
Stay positive and keep your mind peaceful, that matters so much for both you and baby. I used to do some quiet prayer time daily and it kept me calm. Take care of your body and your heart equally.
Being a working mom I learnt to not push myself too hard, take breaks, keep snacks and water at desk. Sleep was non negotiable for me. Plan your day around rest, not the other way round.
