How to take out milk from breast without pregnancy?
Bit of an awkward question but im not pregnant and noticed some discharge from one side. A friend mentioned it can happen sometimes. Just trying to understand this better, has anyone gone through something similar?
Honestly this isnt something to do at home. Breast milk or any discharge when youre not pregnant should be looked at by a doctor first to understand the reason. If its for some other purpose like adoption feeding, even that is done under medical guidance.
If theres milk or any discharge from the breast without pregnancy or feeding, dont try to squeeze it out yaar, that can irritate things. Please get it checked by a doctor, its something they can easily evaluate.
Dear, i would gently suggest not trying anything yourself for this. If you see milk or discharge without pregnancy, just go and talk to a doctor calmly. Its usually manageable, but its their area to guide you, not home tricks.
Just a gentle note, milk usually comes with pregnancy and the hormones around it. If youre noticing discharge without pregnancy, thats actually something to mention to a doctor rather than try to express on your own. It can have a few causes worth checking.
I dont want to assume, but discharge from breasts without pregnancy can sometimes be hormonal, i learnt this a bit with my own hormone issues. Best not to self treat it. A gynac or doctor visit will give you proper answers, please dont stress in the meantime.
