My gynac told me to get a scan done but didnt really explain the process. Do I need full bladder, empty stomach, kuch bhi? This is my first one so thoda nervous. Anyone been through it recently?
You just need to visit a diagnostic center or hospital after your doctor writes a prescription for it. I remember walking to my nearby clinic for mine, which was great gentle exercise, but do make sure you only do light walks if your doc has cleared you for it.
