Heard from my mom that talking and reading to the baby in pet helps a lot. Im 5 months and wanna start but matlab how do you actually do it na? share what u all do, music, stories etc.
Please don't waste money on those expensive garbh sanskar classes or online courses! You can find everything for free on YouTube, just play some peaceful mantras. Save that money for baby shopping and hospital vaccination bills later.
When I was throwing up all day, teaching the baby was the last thing on my mind, but I just listened to soothing prayers. Don't stress if u can't do much. Just hum a little song when you feel slightly better, baby feels your comfort.
Let's be real, you can't literally teach them math in the womb! Just talk to your bump in whatever language you speak at home, and play some good music. It's more about building that bond early on rather than actual teaching.
Honestly, just talk to your baby like a normal person throughout the day. I used to read bedtime stories to my elder one and the baby inside would hear it too. No need of fancy classes, normal conversations are the best.
Between back to back office calls, I used to just touch my tummy and talk for 5 minutes during lunch breaks. You don't need hours of planning for this. Just listen to soft music while working, it really helps the baby calm down.
