How to tell difference between period cramps and pregnancy?
We are trying since 2 months and im 3 days before my date. Getting that same dull cramp i always get before periods, so confused whether its PMS or could be early pregnancy. How did u girls figure out the difference?
I went through this exact confusion before my test. For me the cramps were lighter and more like a pulling feeling, not the sharp period type. But honestly it was so hard to tell, did anyone else feel almost the same as PMS?
Sach bolu, you cant really tell just from cramps, they feel very similar. The real difference is what comes next. If your period doesnt show up and you're a few days late, just take a test in the morning. Thats the only proper answer.
Don't drive yourself crazy reading every twinge, I did that and it was exhausting. Both feel close. Give it till your period is actually late, then a test will tell you clearly.
I tracked everything on an app and even then cramps alone confused me. What I noticed was implantation cramps were very mild and short, plus a little spotting that wasnt a full flow. Wait for missed period and test, the app cant confirm it either.
With PCOS my cycles were all over the place so cramps told me nothing honestly. I just learned to wait and test rather than guess. If cramps ever get really sharp or there is heavy bleeding, please check with your doctor.
