How to tell the difference between period and pregnancy cramps?
My period is due in 3 days and i have these cramps, but they feel a bit different than usual, more like a pulling sensation. Now im not sure if its just PMS or something else. How did u all figure out the difference?
Early cramps can be very confusing, but please be very gentle with yourself. For me, pregnancy cramps were milder, but when they got sharp, I immediately called my doctor. Please stay safe and consult your gynac if anything feels off.
It is really hard to tell the difference sometimes, but please check with your gynac if the cramps are severe or if you see any bleeding. Self-diagnosing is not safe during early pregnancy.

Bahut halka sa dard hota hai pregnancy me, jaise peth me thoda khichao ho raha ho. Period jaisa tez dard nahi hota hai. Bas khush raho aur agar jyada dard ho toh doctor ko dikhao.
Pregnancy cramps thode light hote hain as compared to period pain, ho na. Mere time pe mujhe lag raha tha ki bas periods aane wale hain par pregnancy test positive aaya!
