How to test pregnancy at home using kit?

Bought a kit from the medical but never used one before, thoda nervous to do it wrong and get a fake result. My period is 4 days late. When and how should i actually do it for correct result?

Use the first morning urine, that's when it shows best. Collect in a clean cup, put 2-3 drops in the well and wait 5 mins. Two lines means positive, one line means negative.

I did the same with Prega News, the second line was thoda faint first but got darker next day. Did anyone else get a light line in the start?

Kits are fairly accurate but a faint or confusing line can happen. If you get mixed results, just get a blood beta hcg done at lab, doc will confirm properly.
