We tried this month and im way too impatient to wait, haha. Its barely been a week and im already wondering if there's any way to find out this early. Did the test work for anyone so soon?
I totally understand how difficult it is to wait even for a single day when you are hoping for a baby. But sweetheart, a home urine test needs time for the hCG hormone to build up. Try to stay calm and wait at least till your missed period date.
I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant and honestly, testing just one week after intercourse might give you a false negative. I had to wait until my missed period date to get a clear double line. Did anyone here get a positive before that?
My grandmother says to wait patiently, and medically also, a home kit won't show results just one week after. If you are very anxious, you can ask your doctor for a Beta hCG blood test which is more accurate early on.
I am also in the same boat, planning and constantly wanting to test early! It's so hard to keep waiting. Let me know if you find a reliable early detection kit.
