Delivered 4 months back and after i stopped feeding fully my breasts have become really saggy. Honestly it's affecting how i feel about myself. What helped you ladies, any exercises or tips?
Beta this is so common, almost every mom goes through it, dont feel bad. A good bra, oil massage and time helps a lot. Your body did something amazing, give it grace. There is no magic overnight fix, slow and steady.
Once you are healed and your doctor allows, chest and upper body exercises like wall push ups really help the muscles underneath. Good posture too. It wont fully reverse but it firms up nicely. Stay hydrated and moisturise the skin also.
In our time we did gentle massage with warm oil daily and ate well to stay strong. A firm cotton bra is important. These home things help a little, but dont expect miracles, and avoid any strange cream without asking a doctor.
Some of this is just breastfeeding and it can improve a bit after you wean. A well fitted nursing bra makes a big difference for support. Wean gradually rather than suddenly, that helped my skin adjust better. Dont be harsh on yourself, its so normal.
I felt the same change after my baby, especially once feeding settled. What helped me slowly was a good supportive bra, gentle massage with oil and some light chest exercises once my doctor cleared me post C-section. It takes time, be patient with your body.
