No need to buy expensive creams or belts. Just tie a simple cotton dupatta around your belly for support and do daily ghar ka kaam or walking. It takes time but slowly gets back to normal.
Honestly, it took 9 months to stretch, so give it at least that much time to go back. I did light walking and wore a cotton maternity belt for support. Be gentle with yourself, you grew a human!
