Dietary changes like avoiding spicy foods and caffeine help, but if the reflux is very severe, your doctor can safely prescribe a pregnancy-safe antacid. Dont take random syrups.
Oh god, that heartburn is the worst! Dont stress too much, just cut down on oily dinner and sit upright for 30 minutes after eating, you will feel better.
