Honestly this is beyond home remedies, CMV in pregnancy is managed by doctors with specific tests and follow up. The best thing you can do is consult your gynac and a fetal medicine specialist. They will guide the right care for you.
CMV is something you really should not self treat, it needs proper medical guidance. When my reports showed an infection my gynac referred me to a specialist for monitoring. Please dont rely on home tips for this, see your doctor right away.
