Last few days I feel chakkar especially when I stand up too fast or skip breakfast. Im in my first tri and its happening almost daily now. What do u all do to feel better when this hits?
Keep your mind calm and take deep breaths when this happens. God will heal you, but please consult your gynac once to make sure your BP and sugar are in check. Take care of yourself.
I delivered just last month and had terrible dizziness in my second trimester. My doctor found my hemoglobin was low and adjusted my iron pills. Definitely check with your gynac once to find the real reason.
Oh I know how scary this feels, it used to make me panic so much! Please take a deep breath, sit down, drink some water, and definitely inform your doctor so they can check your BP and make you feel secure.
I had such bad nausea and could barely eat, which made me so dizzy and weak. I had to consult my doctor who gave me IV fluids. Please don't let it get worse, let your gynac know immediately.
Dizziness can happen because of sudden posture changes, so get up slowly from bed. But do mention this to your doctor in your next visit just to be safe and get your vitals checked.
My kid is a toddler now but I still remember feeling dizzy in my 5th month. It turned out to be low BP, so my doc advised me to carry snacks everywhere. Please do consult your doctor to ensure everything is okay.
Sometimes dizziness is just low sugar or dehydration, so try drinking nimbu paani with salt and sugar. But seriously, please call your doctor and get your BP checked, don't ignore it.
