How to treat internal hemorrhoids during pregnancy?
I've developed internal hemorrhoids during my pregnancy, and it's quite uncomfortable. What are some safe and effective ways to treat internal hemorrhoids while pregnant? I'm looking for some relief.
Oh dear, don't stress too much, this is super common because of the baby's weight pressing down! Try to drink lots of water and eat high-fiber foods like oats and papaya (if your doc allows). But please tell your gynac so she can give you a safe ointment to soothe the pain.
Please stay positive and take care of yourself, this phase will pass too. You can try sitting in a tub of warm water (sitz bath) for some relief ghar pe, it is very soothing. Do consult your doctor once so they can guide you safely.
This can get very uncomfortable, but don't rush to buy expensive over-the-counter creams because they might not even be safe. Just ask your doctor during your regular checkup, they usually prescribe a very cheap and effective stool softener or cream that works wonders.
Sending you lots of strength, I know how painful this is. Try not to strain when using the washroom and eat lots of green veggies. Please check with your doctor for a safe cream to help you.
I had this too and my doctor told me to strictly avoid spicy foods and increase my fiber intake. I started having lots of salads, apples, and buttermilk which really helped soften things up! Definitely talk to your doctor though, don't suffer in silence.
I panicked so much when I saw a little blood, I thought something was wrong with my baby! But my gynac reassured me it was just internal piles due to constipation. She gave me a simple syrup to ease my motion, so please just ask your doctor, it's very easy to treat.
