Delivered 4 months back and my tummy skin is so loose now yaar, hangs a bit and i hate looking in mirror. Tried some oils but nothing much. Did anything actually work for you mommies?
Since I had a C-section, my lower belly area was very tender and loose. I wore a postpartum recovery belt only after my doctor gave the green light, and did very gentle walks. It takes time, so please don't rush the process, your body will slowly adapt.
I am in my seventh month now and actually worrying about the same thing! Is there any safe oil or home massage we can start doing right now to prevent extreme loose skin, or do we have to wait until delivery?
Please don't stress about the loose skin right away, dear. After losing my first pregnancy, I realized that our bodies go through so much to give us a baby, so healing internally is most important. Be gentle with yourself and give your body at least a year to recover naturally.
Before you start any heavy workouts, tummy tuck belts, or chemical firming creams, please consult your gynac first. Our core muscles need proper time to heal, and doing the wrong exercises can actually cause more damage.
No need to waste money on expensive creams or laser treatments honestly. Just start massaging your belly daily with simple virgin coconut oil or olive oil after your bath. Drinking lots of water and doing light ghar pe exercises will slowly tighten the skin.
