My bp keeps coming low and i feel dizzy especially morning me when i get up. second trimester chal raha hai. will check with gynac obviously but curious what helped others manage it day to day.
Actually, when my BP went low, my gynac just asked me to increase my fluid intake and eat small meals frequently. I used to keep some salted nuts or buttermilk handy. But I never took any medicine without asking her first.
I have naturally low BP, so I am always reading up on how to manage it before I conceive. Is it true that we need to drink ORS or coconut water daily? I hope you feel better soon, do share what your gynac advises!
I had mild low BP, and my doctor suggested light walking to keep the circulation going, but only after she cleared me for it. Don't do any exercises or yoga without asking your gynac first. Staying hydrated is key, so keep sipping water.
Low BP can make you feel very weak, so please get your routine checkups done regularly. Sometimes thyroid or other hormonal imbalances also play a role. Keep your doctor updated about your BP readings so they can manage it safely.
I am also dealing with low BP in my second trimester, sometimes I feel so dizzy when I stand up too fast. Does this happen to you too? My doc told me to drink lemon water with a pinch of salt, but let me know what your doctor suggests.
Please don't try to treat low BP on your own at home. I had dizzy spells, so I immediately called my hospital staff, and they advised me on correct salt intake and posture. Ask your doctor clearly about what is safe for your body.
