How to treat low estrogen while trying to conceive?

My recent reports showed low estrogen and the doctor mentioned it but i didnt ask enough questions in the rush. We have been trying for over a year so naturally im a bit tense. What helped you raise it?

My doctor said hormone levels need proper testing on specific cycle days before any treatment. There is no safe home fix for low estrogen. Better to see a gynac or fertility specialist who can read your reports.
