This pelvic girdle pain has become really annoying, turning in bed at night actually hurts now. Im 27 weeks. Did anything help u ladies, like exercises or anything? I plan to ask my gynac too.
Honestly the pregnancy pillow between my knees while sleeping helped me a lot. My gynac allowed very light prenatal yoga for it. But she said to stop anything that hurts.
Sitting at office made mine worse. I started avoiding stairs, kept feet supported, and didnt cross legs. Small changes but they added up over the week.
I had pelvic girdle pain in my 7th month and it got bad fast. My doc referred me to a physio who gave me support belt and few gentle moves. Please dont try random exercises, get it checked properly first.
PGP is more common than people think na. Maternity support belt and not pushing yourself helped many here. But do mention the pain level to your gynac so she can guide.
