My sinus is acting up badly and the head pain near forehead is killing me, im in 4th month. I dont want to take random medicines without asking. How are u all managing such headaches?
I'm in my second trimester and already worried about things like this. Is it really common to get sinus headaches? What kind of home remedies are truly safe without any risk? I get anxious thinking about medicines.
Oh, this is something I've been wondering about for when I get pregnant! I get terrible sinus headaches usually. So, is it mostly just home remedies, or do doctors prescribe anything safe? Good to know what to expect.
Oh god, sinus headaches were the absolute worst during my pregnancy! What helped me was warm compresses on my face, lots of steam inhales, and staying hydrated. My doctor also said a saline nasal spray was fine. It eventually got better, hang in there!
Beti, sinus can be really bothersome. Try taking steam, plain water steam, it helps a lot to clear the congestion. And sometimes rubbing a little vicks on your chest or forehead, just a tiny bit, helps me. But if it's very severe, do call your doctor, ok?
Sinus can be very uncomfortable, ma. My mother always said to put hot towel on my forehead, like a fomentation. It does give some relief. But for pregnancy, anything you take, even a simple medicine, please check with your gynac once. They will tell you what is safe.
