Im 33 weeks and at my last scan baby was still in breech position, head up. My gynac said theres still time but i keep worrying. Did anyone's baby turn on its own, and did u do anything to help it?
My gynac mentioned some gentle positions and walking can sometimes help, but she said never to force anything. There is also a procedure doctors do in hospital to turn the baby if needed later on. Best to ask your own doctor what is right for your case.
I would be careful with any home tricks for turning baby. In my case the doctor monitored it closely and decided everything. Please follow only your gynac on this, she knows your scan details.
Most babies turn on their own before delivery so dont panic early. My second was breech till like 34 weeks then flipped by himself. Your doctor is the one to decide if anything needs doing, dont try random things.
Dont stress yourself over this, there is still time usually for baby to settle head down. Plenty of babies turn at the last weeks. Just keep your checkups regular and let the doctor monitor the position.
My tracker app had some pelvic tilt positions for this and I asked my doctor before doing them. She said they are okay to try gently but no guarantee. Definitely run it by your gynac first na.
