Im 30 weeks and bought one of those big exercise balls coz everyone says it helps with back pain and labour prep. but honestly i dont know how to actually use it properly. anyone here used one, how did u start?
Oh, a birthing ball... I've seen them in videos, they look like they could be helpful for comfort. I'm not pregnant yet, but I'm learning. Maybe sitting on it gently to sway your hips, or leaning over it to relieve back pressure? I hope you find it comforting.
Beta, birthing ball toh ajkal ki cheez hai, humare time pe toh ghar pe hi sab ho jata tha. But if your doctor suggests it, it must be good. Just make sure you sit properly, straight up, and gently rock side to side or in circles. Be careful not to lose balance, take someone's help if needed. Aur thoda walk karna bhi acha hota hai.
Oh, birthing ball is amazing, actually! I used it for hours, especially towards the end. You can just sit on it and gently sway your hips or do small bounces, it helps open up the pelvis and eases back pain. Also, leaning forward on it during contractions in labor was a huge relief for me. Just make sure it's properly inflated and you feel stable.
Birthing ball, oh yes! It helped me wiggle out all the extra energy from those late-night pizza cravings, haha. I'd just sit on it and gentle sway, it felt so good on my lower back after a long day. You can also lean over it on all fours. It's great for some mild exercise and comfort.
I used a birthing ball mostly in my third trimester, yaar! I found it really good for relieving back pain when I was sitting. I'd just sit on it and gently bounce or sway my hips side to side. It also helped me keep good posture. But do check with your doctor or a physiotherapist on how best to use it for your specific needs.
