How to use bio oil for stretch marks in pregnancy?
Just entered my 6th month and starting to see faint lines on my pet. Bought bio oil but not sure how often to apply or the right way. Anyone who used it, did it actually help, pls share?
You can use Bio Oil, it's popular, apply twice daily for best effect. But honestly, also try pure almond oil or even coconut oil. Staying hydrated by drinking lots of water also helps the skin's elasticity from inside. For any rash or itching though, ask doc.
I was so worried about stretch marks, I started using it super early, almost from 12 weeks! I just gently massaged it twice a day after bathing. It felt like I was doing *something* to prevent them, which helped my anxiety too.
I used bio oil throughout my pregnancy, twice a day without fail. Apply it in circular motions on your tummy, sides, hips, and even breasts. I still got some marks, but they are very light and faded quickly. Start from 2nd trimester for best results.
Look, consistency is key. Just apply it twice daily, morning and night, on your tummy, hips, and thighs from your second trimester onwards. Massage it in gently till it absorbs. It won't magically erase all marks, but helps a lot with prevention and fading.
Haan beta, oiling is good for skin. Bio Oil is good, but also you can use plain almond oil or coconut oil. Just massage daily, especially on your stomach, so skin stays soft and doesn't tear easily. But kuch marks toh reh jate hain, that's natural.
