We just bought conceive plus and im a bit clueless about how and when exactly to use it. The instructions on the box are confusing me. If anyone has used it before pls explain simply.
It comes with applicators usually, you fill one and insert it a little before being intimate, around your fertile days. The exact instructions are on the box leaflet, follow those. It's just a fertility friendly lubricant, nothing complicated.
My doctor recommended a fertility friendly lubricant like this because normal lubricants can harm sperm. The pack has applicators with measurement marks, you use it just before intercourse around ovulation. She said it doesn't make you conceive by itself, just creates a better environment, so timing still matters most.
I used it while trying. Follow the package directions for the applicator, and keep tracking ovulation alongside. It's a help, not a magic fix, so be gentle with your expectations and give it a few cycles.
