Finally ordered the leachco pillow after my kamar started hurting at night. Its huge and im not sure how to position it properly for best support. anyone using the same, how do u sleep with it?
Oh, that pillow was my best friend towards the end! It really helps with side sleeping, which is what they recommend, especially if you have a C-section later, as it takes pressure off. I found having one side supporting my back and the other tucked between my knees and under my belly was ideal.
These pillows are really good. Just make sure the 'C' or 'U' shape cradles you properly. One side goes along your back to stop you from rolling, and the other side you can tuck under your belly and between your knees for hip alignment. It takes a bit to get used to, but worth the effort for better sleep.
It’s wonderful you’re looking into ways to make yourself more comfortable during this precious time. These pillows are designed to provide support where your body needs it most – your back, hips, and growing belly. Experiment with how you position it to find what brings you the most relief and comfort. Every little bit of comfort helps.
Haan ji, woh pregnancy pillow toh bohot kaam aata hai! Basically, you can hug it, and then ek side back ke liye, aur doosra side legs ke beech mein aur stomach ke neeche rakhna. Matlab, jahan jahan support chahiye wahan set karlo, na? It makes sleeping so much better, trust me.
I felt so much relief when I finally got my pregnancy pillow! For me, it was best to put the long part along my back so I couldn't roll onto my back, and then hug the other side, tucking it between my knees and under my bump. It made such a difference to my sleep quality, I was so grateful.
The Leachco pillow is pretty straightforward. You just need to arrange it to support your belly and back while you sleep on your side, usually left side. If you're still uncomfortable or having specific pains, definitely mention it to your gynac during your next visit. They might have more tailored suggestions.
The Leachco pillow is great for supporting your back and belly simultaneously, which my doctor said is key for side sleeping. You typically place the long side along your back, tucking one end between your knees and the other supporting your head. The shorter side goes under your belly for support. It helps maintain the recommended left-side sleeping position.
