Got those cheap strips from medical, not the fancy kit. My period is 4 days late and im too nervous to go anywhere. Can someone explain the proper way to use them and when to check, morning urine etc?
First morning pee is your absolute best friend for this! Just collect it, put 2-3 drops in the strip's well using the dropper, and try not to bite your nails while waiting those long five minutes.
Just follow the package instructions carefully, especially using the morning's first sample. And please, don't keep staring at the strip expecting it to change colors like magic, give it a few minutes!
