How to use progesterone soft gelatin capsules uses for pregnancy?

My gynac prescribed these capsules after my scan and i got confused at the chemist about how to take them properly. I'll obviously follow what she said but wanted to hear from others who were given the same. What was it for in your case?

I was on progesterone support during my IVF journey and my clinic gave very specific instructions about timing and method. Please dont guess with this one, it matters a lot. Just call your doctor and ask them to explain it clearly, they wont mind.

These are prescribed for specific reasons and the usage really depends on your case. I just followed my doctors exact instructions and didnt rely on internet. If anything is unclear, ring your clinic, thats the safest.
