My fertility doctor wrote Prostium ES in my prescription and I forgot to ask the exact timing properly. I dont want to take it wrong way by guessing from internet. Has anyone used it while trying to conceive and how did your doc explain it?
I was given progesterone support during my conception journey too, and trust me the timing instructions came only from my fertility doctor. I wouldnt feel right telling you a method here. Your doctor will explain it clearly for your body, please ask them.
Please dont start this on ur own yaar. Its a progesterone medicine and the way to use it, dose and which route, totally depends on what ur doctor prescribed for ur case. I have PCOS and mine was very specific to my reports, dont copy anyone elses.
This is not something to use from googling honestly. The how and when is decided by your gynac after seeing your scans and hormone levels. Pls book a visit and ask them directly, its important to get this right.
