My gynac wrote susten 200 for me but i forgot to ask her properly how to take it, morning or night and which way. Bit confused honestly. Can someone who has used it share how they did it?
I was given progesterone support too with my PCOS history. But honestly I wont say how to use it, because mine was decided by the doctor. Best to call the clinic and ask them clearly.
This is a prescription one, so only follow your doctor's exact instructions. Dose and method really differ person to person. Never adjust or stop it on your own.
