Collect first morning urine in a clean cup, put the drops on the kit where shown and wait the time written on the box. Two lines positive, one line negative. Read it within the time, dont wait too long or it gets confusing.
Every brand has slightly different steps so read the leaflet inside actually. I used Prega News and it was simple, 3 drops and wait 5 mins. Faint line also counts as positive usually.
