My husband gifted me a big U shaped pillow but im not getting the right position with it. Kamar pain is killing me at night and i toss around a lot. How do u actually sleep with it?
I loved my U-pillow because it kept me from rolling onto my back, which my doctor said is very important. Keep the curved part under your head, one side supporting your back, and tuck the other side between your knees.
It's a great investment if you want a good night's sleep to stay active at work. Just lie right in the middle, rest your head on the top, and put the leg of the U between your knees to align your spine. Saves a lot of tossing and turning.
Using it is great for side sleeping, but make sure it doesn't strain your neck. Put the top curve under your head and the long sides supporting your belly and back. Always ask your gynac if you have severe hip pain.
Actually, it's a life saver, yaar! You just put your head on the top curve and hug one side of the 'U' between your legs. It supports your bump and back perfectly, literally felt like a cloud.
Look, it's very simple. Place the curve at the head of your bed, lie down inside the 'U', and tuck one side under your belly and the other behind your back. It stops you from tossing around, definitely get one.
