Im in my third trimester and this is my first baby so im honestly nervous about the water breaking part. I keep wondering how it actually happens and how will i even know its that. Can someone who has been through it explain?
Water breaking is not something you make happen yaar, it happens on its own when labour is near. Dont try anything to force it. When it happens, note the time and colour and head to the hospital.
For me it never broke on its own, the doctor handled everything during my C-section. So please dont stress about doing anything yourself. Your gynac will guide you when the time comes, just stay calm.
Please never try to break the water yourself, it can be dangerous for you and baby. If it leaks early or you feel a gush before your due time, go to the hospital right away. Let the doctors decide everything about this.
