Im in my last few weeks and getting nervous about the delivery. I keep wondering how will i even know if my water broke and not just normal discharge or pee. How does it actually feel? pls tell.
For me it was a sudden gush of warm watery fluid, not like pee, I couldnt control it. Some women just get a slow trickle though. If u feel any leaking that doesnt stop, go to hospital and call ur doctor.
Please take this seriously, once water breaks the baby needs to be delivered in a timeframe. If u notice continuous leaking or its greenish/brown coloured, go to the hospital immediately and call ur doctor.
It can be a big gush or a slow constant trickle, and the fluid is usually clear and odourless, unlike urine. The moment u suspect water broke, dont wait, inform ur gynac and head to hospital.

Mine never broke on its own, doctor broke it during labour, so dont panic if it doesnt happen dramatically like in movies. But if u do feel a sudden wetness u cant stop, ring ur gynac right away.
