How will we know that we have conceived after sex?

We just started trying this month and im so impatient already. Wondering what the earliest signs are and how soon they actually show up. First time, so excuse my silly question.

My doctor explained conception and implantation take several days, so the hormone only rises after about a week or more. Thats why early symptoms arent proof. A test at the right time or a blood test is how you actually know.

You wont know immediately, the only sure way is a test around your missed period. Some women feel tired or sore breasts before that but its not reliable. Just wait for the missed date and test with morning urine.
