I feel embarrassed asking, but I never properly understood fertile days and ovulation. We are planning now and I want to know the basics without confusing medical words. How did you learn about it?
Basically conception happens when the egg released during ovulation meets the sperm and gets fertilised, then it settles in the uterus. Tracking ur fertile days around ovulation helps a lot when trying.
Simply put the egg meets the sperm and if it implants in the uterus, ur pregnant. Knowing ur ovulation days makes it easier. If its not happening after trying for a while, a doctor can check both partners.
With PCOS my ovulation was all over the place so timing was tricky for me. Conception is egg meeting sperm around ovulation, but if cycles are irregular do see a gynac, they helped me a lot.
We just got married and Im learning about this too. From what I understood it happens during the ovulation days when the chances are highest. A gynac can guide u properly on timing if ur trying.
Im in the planning phase too so I read up on this. The fertile window around ovulation is the key time, like a few days mid cycle. We started tracking my cycle and it helped us understand the timing better.
