At my last visit BP showed 130/90 and nurse said to monitor. I am worried because earlier my readings were lower. Has anyone had similar numbers and what did your doctor do?
Honestly 90 diastolic is slightly up, doctors usually keep an eye when it touches that. One reading isnt the full story, but please mention it at your next visit or sooner if you feel unwell. Dont self diagnose either way.
That bottom number 90 is a bit on the higher side, please dont ignore it. I had raised BP in pregnancy and doctor watched it closely. Note it down and tell your gynac, especially if you also have swelling or headaches.
Mine spiked once and i panicked, but it settled and turned out it was just stress and a tight cuff. Still, i told my doctor and she rechecked. So note it, rest, recheck calmly, and inform your gynac to be safe.
Beta dont brush this off, 90 at the bottom is borderline in pregnancy. Sit, relax, take it again after some rest. Then share the readings with your doctor, BP is one thing we monitor carefully for you and baby.
BP in pregnancy needs proper monitoring, 130/90 is borderline. Get a few more readings at different times and show your doctor. They will decide if its something to act on. Regular checkups matter a lot here.
