We are trying since 2 months and this time my period came heavier than usual. Now im confused if its just a normal period or something else. Has anyone experienced heavy bleeding and still turned out pregnant?
My doctor explained that implantation bleeding is usually light pink or brown and very little, not like a heavy period. A heavy flow with clots is more likely an actual period or something to get checked. She said the best confirmation is still a test or scan.
Usually a proper heavy period means you are not pregnant, since real periods stop in pregnancy. What can happen is light spotting which people confuse with a period. If you actually had a full heavy flow, take a test to be sure but it is less likely.
Please be a little careful here, heavy bleeding is not a normal pregnancy sign. I had heavy bleeding once and it needed a doctor visit urgently. If you are bleeding heavily, please see your gynac soon rather than waiting.
