Is ac harmful during pregnancy?

Its so hot these days and i cant sleep without ac at all. But MIL keeps saying too much ac is not good for the baby and now im second guessing. Is it really an issue?

No it's safe. Just dont keep it too cold and stay hydrated.

Not at all, AC is totally fine and honestly a lifesaver in Indian summers. I slept in AC both pregnancies. Just dont keep it super cold, keep a comfortable temp and stay hydrated.

Haan AC bilkul safe hai, tension mat lo. Bas itna thanda mat rakho ki cold lag jaye na. Comfortable rakho aur paani peeti raho.

Haha if AC was harmful no preggo would survive an Indian summer. Use it freely yaar, just not at 16 degrees like a fridge. Comfortable temp and you're good.

Arre AC is fine yaar, actually the heat is more harmful for you than the cool. I lived in AC the whole time. Just keep the temp moderate na, and have a shawl if you feel chilly at night.
