Omg the burning after every meal is killing me, even after just dal chawal. Im in my second trimester now. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing that everyone goes through or should i be worried? how do u all manage it.
Very common, especially later in pregnancy. I kept some small healthy snacks at my desk so my stomach was never fully empty, that helped me. Avoid too spicy and oily and you'll feel better.
Yes its very normal, dont worry about it. Eat slowly, smaller portions and avoid spicy stuff for a while. If it ever feels really bad, your doctor can give you something safe.
Actually acidity is like the most common thing yaar, almost har pregnant woman complains about it. Cold milk and small frequent meals worked for me. Bas spicy aur fried thoda kam kar do.
Oh the acidity was the worst part for me, worse than the nausea honestly. Coconut water and cold milk gave me some relief. Keep dinner light and a bit early in the evening, it really helps.

Haan beta acidity bahut hoti hai is time. Thodi saunf chaba lena khane ke baad, aur cold milk se aaram milta hai. Par agar bahut zyada ho to doctor se ek baar puch lena, woh safe dawai bata denge.
