Suddenly got these painful pimples on my chin and jaw, which never usually happens to me. Period is a week away so im confused if its just PMS or could be something else. anyone able to tell the difference?
With my PCOS I always break out before period so for me acne never meant pregnancy. It varies person to person, so I wouldnt read too much into it. A test is the only real answer.
When I was pregnant my skin actually went crazy with acne in the first months, I felt so self conscious. But honestly I also used to get it before periods, so it wasnt my clue at all.
Acne alone isnt a reliable sign of either, both raise hormones that affect skin. If you notice other things plus a missed period, just take a test and confirm with your doctor.
