My face has gone full of pimples since this trimester started, way worse than my normal skin. So many aunties in my family keep saying acne means its a girl. Just curious how true this is, did u all notice anything?
These gender guessing things are all fun but not true na. I had bad acne and breakouts both pregnancies and had a girl once and a boy once. So it really proves nothing.
These old sayings are just for fun, dont read into them. Your skin changing is purely hormonal and very common. Be gentle with your face and it'll settle, dont worry.
No connection at all. Acne is just the hormone surge in pregnancy, happens to a lot of women. Use a mild gentle cleanser and dont put harsh stuff, and check with doctor before any acne cream as some arent safe now.
Haha if acne meant girl then half of us would be having only girls. It's just hormones going crazy, nothing to do with baby's gender. My skin broke out like a teenager and I had a boy.
