We just started trying this month and im a bit confused about timing yaar. My periods got over 3 days back, is right after that the best window or do i need to wait more? Anyone who conceived, pls share how u tracked it.
We are also trying so I was confused about same thing. From what my doc said the days around middle of cycle matter more, not right after periods. Asking here helped me feel less lost honestly.
My amma used to say count from period and middle days are good. But really ovulation is the key window. If cycles are irregular better to ask gynac once, she can guide timing.
With PCOS my cycles were all over so right after periods meant nothing for me. Ovulation timing can shift a lot. If u feel cycle is irregular pls get it checked once, dont fully rely on calendar.
I used an app to track my fertile window and it helped a lot. It told me my ovulation days based on cycle length. Try Flo or any tracker, way easier than guessing.
Not exactly right after periods. The best time is around ovulation, mostly day 12 to 16 if u have a 28 day cycle. Just after periods chances are lower. Track your cycle properly na.
