I had a strong craving for hakka noodles yesterday and ate from outside, then later remembered they put ajinomoto in it. Now im a bit worried na. Is it really harmful or am i overthinking?
MSG heavy food made my nausea and acidity worse honestly. I avoided it during pregnancy and felt better. If you crave chinese, a milder homemade version is gentler on the tummy.
Honestly ajinomoto isnt good even otherwise, and in pregnancy I avoided it mostly. The occasional bite of restaurant food with it wont harm, but I wouldnt make it a habit. Better to stick to home cooked when you can.
