I take aloe vera juice every morning for my skin and digestion. We are trying for a baby now so just wondering if i should continue or stop it. Anyone here doing the same?
My mother always advised me to avoid aloe vera during pregnancy and even when trying, as it is considered "hot" and can cause bleeding or contractions. It is much better to have warm milk with dry fruits or fresh coconut water. Take care of yourself.
I had to be extremely careful with what I consumed when trying to conceive. Aloe vera can cause uterine contractions, so it's really not safe to drink when you are trying to get pregnant. Stick to safer options like coconut water or just plain water.
Keep the aloe vera for your face glowing, but don't drink it! Honestly, it's known to stimulate the uterus, which is the last thing you want when trying to make a cozy home for a baby. Just enjoy a nice cup of normal ginger tea instead.
From my experience, it is best to avoid strong herbal juices like aloe vera during the conceiving phase. It can affect your uterine lining and cause stomach cramps. Eat simple, wholesome home-cooked meals and drink lots of water instead.
Oh dear, please don't drink aloe vera juice! I read so much about this and got so anxious because it can actually cause uterine contractions and prevent the baby from staying. Please check with your doctor immediately if you've already had some, just to be safe.
Aloe vera juice is not recommended at all when you are trying to conceive because it can cause pelvic congestion. If you want something healthy, just stick to fresh home-made amla juice or beetroot juice. They are cheap, safe, and great for your health.
